Inspection Operator
Location:
Sheffield S9
Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour plus 12.5% shift allowance
Shifts:
Days & Afters Rotation
Contract:
Permanent
Opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment
Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Visual inspection of components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Recording inspection results using Microsoft Excel.
- Using measuring equipment including callipers and verniers.
- Rejecting batches that do not meet required standards.
- Operating blasting equipment as part of the final operations process.
- Supporting line checks and maintaining production quality.
- Previous inspection or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow instructions and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to support production requirements.
