Production Manager

To enable this we need team members who fully live our One Team value which is at the heart of everything we do  are now looking to hire a Production Manager to take ownership of our production floor and stores activities.

• Coordination of all daily production and stores activities at site to drive the achievement of site-wide goals and initiatives.
• Working closely with all stakeholders to deliver the forecast and revenue plans with clear alignment to demand planning and purchasing plans.
• Ensuring personnel are suitably motivated to achieve by leading with a visual presence.
• Represent the site during required forums to clearly communicate risks and opportunities within build planning of the value stream for revenue plans for the month/ quarter.
• Lead and own the SQDCI process with cross-functional teams to measure and monitor performance, driving actions on any off-target KPIs and presenting a summary of performance to the leadership team.

• Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process.
• Previous experience in a Production leadership role.
• Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time.
• The ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
