The Role

It's a hands-on, detail-driven role at the heart of production planning — helping the business move from reactive to proactive scheduling.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Stores and Purchasing so build kits and materials are ready ahead of production weeks
  • Resolve material or scheduling conflicts between Foreman, Stores, and Purchasing
  • Collate weekly fitter hours from Sage for payroll and reporting
  • Prepare production reports and support general admin for the Operations Manager
  • Act as the main point of contact for scheduling queries, escalating issues promptly
What We're Looking For
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator, confident liaising across departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage or similar ERP systems a plus
  • Understanding of BOM principles, works orders, or bespoke manufacturing advantageous
  • Proactive, reliable, and a good team player
What's On Offer
  • £30,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE
  • 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
  • 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • 3% pension, Westfield Health cover, 3x salary life cover (post-probation)
