Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative – Rotating 3 Shifts Allerton Bywater, Castleford, WF10 £ 13.72 per hour Monday to Friday Temporary to Permanent Important: this is a 3-shift rotating role You must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation: 6am–2pm 2pm–10pm 10pm–6am If you are looking for days only or fixed shifts, this role will not be suitable.

Aqumen Recruitment is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join an established recycling business in Allerton Bywater. This is a hands-on role combining FLT driving and production work , so you must be happy to get off the truck and support the wider team. What you'll be doing Operating a Counterbalance FLT Moving and organising materials Feeding materials into production Working on recycling/production lines Supporting machine operators Keeping your work area safe and tidy What we're looking for Valid Counterbalance FLT licence Previous FLT experience Happy to do production work alongside FLT driving Able to work all 3 rotating shifts Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious Looking for a long-term role What's in it for you?
