Join us in Empowering people to take control of health with DexcomAs the newly created Trade / Commercial Lead in EMEA (direct to consumer), you will have a pivotal role in shaping our ambitious expansion and growth plans for the region. Through your effective leadership and execution of the region wide consumer trade and channel strategy you will hold accountability for commercial performance to match our ambitious growth plans for the region.

You will be joining a dynamic, diverse and growth oriented regional team playing a critical role in defining our regional strategy and driving excellence through execution. In this new and high-profile role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals at a global, regional, cross functional and local market level.
Where You Come InIn this pivotal and high-profile role your goal will be to develop winning commercial growth strategies in partnership with retail and other 3rd party channels. You will own and drive the trade and retail strategy across the region to enable the effective introduction and commercial success of products within the consumer space. By leveraging your extensive sales & key account management experience (10+yrs) and region wide retail know-how, you will drive effective partnerships and scale high ROI trade programs and co-marketing strategies across diverse markets to drive product adoption and retention to meet revenue goals.
Alongside your proven track record of driving sales through partnerships with both online and offline retailers (experience of working through other B2B partnerships would be advantageous), you will have experience of successfully launching products in the consumer, health and or wellness space You will be an exceptional collaborator, with experience partnering with marketing and broader cross functional teams at a global, regional and local level to define and deliver integrated GTM strategies.
You will have extensive experience of implementing demand generation strategies whilst building strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships and you will thrive in a fast paced, global environment with a natural curiosity about differing market dynamics.
What You’ll Do- Own and deliver the retail and channel strategy to support Dexcom’s direct to consumer growth across EMEA.
- Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships in priority markets with key e‑commerce, retail, and third‑party partners to achieve commercial objectives.
- Define and execute trade marketing and promotional plans to drive acquisition and retention across all channels whilst effectively managing budgets and timelines, optimising resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Deliver revenue and sales targets aligned to business goals.
- Monitor and measure account and channel performance and effectiveness by establishing a framework to assess business health, leveraging insights to make data‑driven adjustments for optimisation and prioritisation.
- Review sales and product performance analyses and path‑to‑purchase insights to inform decisions and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation within trade channels by staying abreast of industry trends and advancements through a test and learn mindset.
- Experience:
10+ years in key account management and trade marketing within consumer e‑commerce and retail;
