Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of our marketing campaigns, with support from co‑founders and senior leadership – including events, website, social, film, brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Own the Seven Hills BPI website and social channels design and content, ensuring that content and creative are regularly updated, relevant and on‑brand.
  • Run campaigns to budget, monitoring the initial scope/objective and overall project progress.
  • Coordinate the Seven Hills BPI database with the Co‑Founders’ EA and wider consulting team, planning and managing diaries around marketing activities.

  • Manage podcast production and promotion: guest invites, liaison, social media management, and creation of marketing collateral.
  • Plan and deliver high‑impact events for senior leaders and stakeholders within Seven Hills BPI’s network, including guest lists, venue booking, negotiations, logistics, content creation and on‑the‑day coordination.

  • Communicate confidently and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence and strong writing skills.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Contribute as a collaborative team player.
What We Offer
  • Flexible/hybrid working model + early Friday finishes.
  • Giving Back Day: one day a year to volunteer.
