AboutThe Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering our growth plans and supporting the future of one of our priority brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for an early‑career marketer with some FMCG experience who’s ready to step into a fast‑paced, high‑energy role.
You’ll join a friendly, ideas‑driven team where you can make a real impact from day one.
You’ll help shape and deliver our marketing plans – from TTL campaigns that build emotional connection to innovation that drives category growth. You’ll be right at the heart of brand performance, commercial planning, creativity and partnership working.

- Bring annual brand plans to life, working with the Senior Brand Manager to translate market insight, consumer data and compelling storytelling into plans that inspire teams across KP Snacks
- Lead cross‑functional projects, managing innovation, campaigns and commercial activity through our gate process with pace and attention to detail
- Partner with creative, media and activation agencies to deliver exciting and effective marketing campaigns and brand experiences
- Own monthly brand performance reporting, using P&Ls, brand tracking, consumer insight and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and recommend actions
- Manage the brand marketing budget, raising POs and monitoring spend to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking
- Champion the brand internally, bringing energy, passion and positivity to everything we do

Job requirements- Passion for brands, creativity and consumers, with the motivation to make things happen
- A positive, curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams, supporting collaboration and influencing outcomes
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience working with consumer data and reporting, translating insight into clear actions
- Budget management and/or JDE experience
