We are hiring a Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Manager to help scale fast-growing eCommerce brands through creator-led commerce.
At Social Tale, we don’t just manage affiliates. We build high-performing creator ecosystems that drive consistent GMV growth on Tik Tok Shop.
This role is perfect for someone who understands Tik Tok creators, affiliate systems, and performance marketing and wants real ownership over results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Develop and manage Tik Tok Shop affiliate campaigns to drive GMV and ROI
- Recruit, activate, and scale Tik Tok creators across multiple niches
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and creators
- Manage outreach, product seeding, and onboarding workflows
- Track GMV, commissions, weekly KPIs, and campaign performance
- Support product launches through strategic creator partnerships
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and campaign follow-ups
- Ensure creators remain active, consistent, and aligned with performance goals
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Tik Tok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or eCommerce growth roles
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok creators and affiliate ecosystems
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and drive action
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creators at once
- Comfortable working with tracking sheets, reporting, and performance targets
- Conduct affiliate outreach using approved scripts and targeting guidelines
- Coordinate and track product sampling
- Monitor creator activity and promotion consistency
- Maintain clean tracking sheets and weekly performance reports
- Provide fast, professional responses to creator inquiries
- Manage onboarding and campaign participation inside Tik Tok Shop
- Work with fast-growing eCommerce brands
