An established UK media agency is seeking a talented Junior Account Manager to join their award-winning team. Working across a diverse mix of clients, you’ll help bring innovative media plans to life while strengthening client partnerships and supporting the successful delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼
  • Planning & buying multi-channel media campaigns (on and offline)
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams, creative partners and media owners
  • Helping develop proposals, presentations and campaign recommendations
  • Managing timelines, budgets and project updates to keep campaigns on track
  • Reporting and using data insights to improve campaign performance
  • Supporting senior team members and helping train junior colleagues as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in a media agency environment
  • Experience working on campaigns that delivered meaningful results
  • Confidence with digital planning & buying, with interest in expanding into offline media
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Creative, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with great time-management skills
  • Passion for media innovation, learning and continuous development
  • Google Ads Certification
  • IPA certificates (Commercial, Leg Regs, Effectiveness, Digital Performance)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
