The Role:This role is for the full-time position of Community Executive. Our community execs are at the heart of our campaigns. Our campaigns rely on our ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with influencers through powerful, relationship-first communication. This is done by regular check-ins with influencers working on our client campaigns and true efforts to build a connection and engage with their wider interests.
This role would see you taking on a ’community manager’ role across our client campaigns and being tasked with building relationships with creators to prompt them to post content about the client and also with the aim of turning influencers into longer-term brand ambassadors and then running the ambassador programmes and forging tight-knit creator communities.
This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting stage of scale-up and growth and pick up skills from working on client campaigns of differing natures – we work with brands across the globe, all in different niches.
Responsibilities:- Taking responsibility for ensuring strong results across campaigns by engaging and interacting with influencers in a positive manner
- Talking to influencers across several campaigns daily and building strong, lasting relationships with them, and turning them from a seeded influencer (they receive product to try) into a brand ambassador that creates regular content and drives sales
- Reporting directly to campaign leads and supporting them across the campaign
- Communicating with and working hand in hand with in-house team members, external clients and stakeholders
- Being proactive in ensuring success on client accounts:
Being able to assess a situation when a campaign is underperforming, and create & execute a strategy to remedy the situation to reach a positive outcome
Please note:
This is not a campaign manager/account executive role. The role here is specialised on building strong communities on brand social media channels, and will heavily be leveraging your communication and community building skills. Having the ability to talk to influencers, build relationships and activate these relationships to drive sales will be key.
Influencer Outreach:
You’ll be messaging creators with the intention of getting them to opt in to the campaign and partner with the brand. You’ll be using a few different tools here to help you in automating the process and being efficient.
Influencer Comms:
With the influencers that opt in to the campaign, you’ll be tasked with maintaining continuous communication with them, building and nurturing a relationship to turn them into a die‑hard brand ambassador.
Tracking & Reporting:
You’ll be tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across the campaign and reporting directly to clients and senior management on campaign performance. Keeping continuous communication with clients and ensuring client satisfaction will also fall under your purview.
- Some previous experience in social media communications
- A passion for talking to people and building long-lasting relationships
- Passion for all things creative, media and marketing
- A problem‑solving attitude, clear communication skills, a desire to learn quickly and help in shaping and building Augmentum Media
- Native fluency in English language and culture
- You are passionate about all things Health & Wellness
- You are a quick, responsive and clear communicator
- Outgoing, with outstanding social skills.
- Detail-focused, both visually and in writing.
- Able to multitask, are ambitious and motivated
Immediately, you’ll be settling into a team of 16, reporting directly to senior management and working on client accounts for 7‑to‑9‑figure clients. You’ll be leading the communications with influencers, mainly across Instagram, and building a real community around the brand.

Salary Range & Benefits:- £26-29k per annum depending on experience
- Additional bonus of up to 10% of salary (unlocked on performance)
