Blu Digital is seeking a commercially minded CRM Manager to transform how we use customer data, reporting, and AI to drive growth across our UK and US business.
You will own our client’s global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, creating automated journeys across email, SMS and other channels to boost acquisition, retention and loyalty. Lead two direct reports and develop a high-performing CRM and data function focused on continuous improvement.
