Ohme is seeking a dynamic CRM Manager to drive customer engagement across channels in support of its EV charging journey. You will own lifecycle journeys, personalize messaging, and collaborate with product, support and data teams to ensure consistent, trust-based communications.
You will manage campaigns in Customer.io, apply segmentation and Liquid logic, and leverage AI tools to optimize engagement while maintaining GDPR-compliant practices.
