Promotional Brand Representatives

Role Description This part-time on-site role is based in Sheffield and involves representing client brands at events, venues, and promotional activities. Promotional Brand Representatives will engage with the public, explain brand offerings, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Daily tasks include distributing promotional materials, encouraging participation in campaigns, collecting basic customer feedback, and maintaining a professional appearance that aligns with brand guidelines.

Representatives will also support the event team with setup and breakdown as needed, follow clear instructions from supervisors, and adhere to all health and safety and conduct standards while on site.

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions in busy event environments.
• Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in promotions, events, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
