We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team on a 12 month Maternity Contract. This opportunity will see you focus on driving high quality, profitable customer acquisition and sales across all of our brands.

• Own, develop and deliver performance marketing strategy across the group, growing the business through profitable customer acquisition and retention in both UK and international markets via paid search, SEO, paid social and affiliate marketing channels
• Work closely with merchandising, finance and wider digital teams to determine forecasts and budgets by channel, aligned to overall business goals
• Collaborate closely with CRM and Customer Insight teams to ensure performance marketing is aligned with segmentation strategies and opportunities
• Manage key agency and business partner relationships e.g. agencies and Google, to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders in each brand, ensuring strong integration of activities across marketing channels to support wider business objectives
• Take a lead on the professional development and growth of the Performance Marketing team
