Description of JobDo you have a heart for young people to know Jesus? Are you a passionate and committed disciple? Could you create spaces of fun and faith for young people to make friends, encounter God, and grow in faith? If yes, then we’d love you to apply to be our Youth Ministry Leader.
We are seeking a dynamic, Spirit-filled disciple of Jesus to lead The Well’s youth ministry into further growth and depth. The Well’s youth ministry spans 11-18 year olds and is at an exciting point as we connect with more young people than ever before.
This role builds on the great work of our previous post holder and our volunteer youth team. It will involve building on existing ministries and pioneering new initiatives both inside and outside the church.
This is a permanent position to ensure the youth work continues to thrive and develop at this crucial time.
