Main duties of the job

You will plan, organise and deliver a portfolio of fundraising events, managing all logistics from concept to completion. This includes budgeting, timelines, risk assessments and on-the-day delivery. You’ll work closely with supporters, volunteers and external partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and creates a positive experience. You’ll also monitor performance, identify opportunities to increase income and participation, and support the promotion of events through effective collaboration with colleagues.

Plan and deliver fundraising events, managing budgets, suppliers and logistics. Build strong relationships with supporters, volunteers and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and engagement. Monitor event performance and identify ways to improve income and participation. Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety, and data requirements. Represent the organisation professionally at events and in the community, contributing to a positive and welcoming experience for all.
