Corporate Partnership Manager

Essential Criteria

• Experience of securing and managing corporate partnerships, major accounts or high-value business relationships.
• Experience of developing and delivering income generation strategies.
• Proven ability to achieve financial targets and objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing team members.
• Ability to identify opportunities and adopt a proactive, commercially focused approach.
• Good organisational and project management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Commitment to the values and vision of St Luke's Hospice.

• Experience with in the charity, hospice or not-for-profit sector.
• Experience of trusts and grants fundraising.
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes and partnership development.
• Experience of using fundraising or customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
