We're looking for an Individual Giving & Campaigns Co-ordinator to support the delivery and growth of our individual giving, lottery and supporter engagement activity. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in some of St Luke's most important fundraising campaigns, helping to generate the income that enables us to provide outstanding care and support for patients and families across Sheffield.

You will work closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager to co-ordinate a wide range of fundraising campaigns and activities. Working alongside colleagues, external suppliers and lottery partners, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, supporters receive an exceptional experience, and fundraising targets are achieved.

You will also support the administration and day-to-day co-ordination of our lottery programme, working alongside the Supporter Engagement Manager and external providers to maximise supporter engagement, retention and income across our individual giving activities.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement, customer engagement, project co-ordination or campaign delivery who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and delivering excellent supporter experiences. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their fundraising career and gain experience across individual giving, lottery and supporter campaigns.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement, business development or customer relationship role.
• Demonstrable experience of planning, co-ordinating and delivering successful campaigns, projects or fundraising activities.
• Experience of building and managing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, partners, suppliers or supporters.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, collaborate and build credibility with internal and external audiences.
• An understanding of individual giving fundraising, including regular giving, hospice lottery and raffle fundraising.
• Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly develop an understanding of, the regulations, compliance requirements and best practice relating to hospice lotteries, raffles and charitable fundraising.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent St Luke's professionally and positively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience of using databases and analysing performance data to monitor activity, identify trends and support decision-making.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and drive activity forward while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for supporting St Luke's vision and making a difference for local people.

The role involves travel across Sheffield and the surrounding area, along with occasional evening and weekend work. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
