Individual Giving and Supporter Care Officer Hospitals Charity

Sheffield Hospitals Charity is looking for an organised and people-focused Individual Giving & Supporter Care Officer to support the delivery of individual giving campaigns and provide exceptional care to supporters.

Working closely with the Individual Giving & Lottery Manager, you'll help deliver fundraising campaigns, coordinate supporter journeys and build lasting relationships with people who support Sheffield's NHS.

• Coordinate individual giving campaigns across direct mail, email and digital channels.
• Provide excellent supporter care through phone, email and in-person communications.
• Deliver supporter stewardship activities, including thank-you and recognition communications.
• Support in-memory giving, legacy communications and lottery activity.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and campaign data.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

• An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experienced in customer service, supporter care, fundraising or campaign delivery.
• Comfortable working with data, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, collaborative and keen to develop a career in fundraising.
