Sheffield – Practice Nurse (Locum, Monthly rota)

Dream Medical is looking for a Qualified Locum Practice Nurse to work in a busy and friendly GP practices across Sheffield to start ASAP.

You will be working alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent standards of patient care and support to the practice population. Hours are Monday to Friday ; however the surgery can offer some flexibility. Start date is ASAP and the role is ongoing with monthly rotas.

• Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
• Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
• Dressings
• Chronic Disease Management
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• NHS health checks
• Health Promotion and weight loss advice
• Smoking Cessation

As an experienced Practice Nurse you will be current in the role with all relevant updates and NMC registration in place.
