Registered Nurse

At Heeley Bank Nursing Home, based in Heeley, Sheffield, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia.

Work either one day shift or one night shift per week

  Rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays

• Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person‑centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
• Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
• Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
• Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
