We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, proactive nurse to join our team!
Access to both our Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) sites is required.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our team long term across two sites. We are a forward‑thinking practice serving approximately 7000 patients in the Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) areas.
Job Responsibilities- Perform smears.
- Conduct asthma reviews.
- Conduct diabetic reviews.
- UK Registered Nurse with NMC.
- Experience working in a General Practice setting.
- Demonstrate understanding of audit;
Cervical Cytology;
Child and Adult immunisations;
Care of Long Term Conditions (LTCs); and Wound care.
