Required for 3 month contract on a temp rate. Required for an innovative, progressive primary care organisation based in High Wycombe. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help look after 23,500 patients in an environment similar to a walk in centre but with the ability to progress into long term condition management. Prescribing is an essential requirement and career development is encouraged.

We have an attached pharmacy and offer a full complement of primary care services along with secondary outreach clinics across both sites. The individual will work as part of a larger team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners and supporting GPs. Some telephone triage and telephone diagnosis, as well of out of hours experience.
