Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Nurse to join our dynamic veterinary team in London.

• Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager and Head Nurse, you will ensure smooth clinical operations, oversee patient care, support vets, and lead a nursing team.
• Responsibilities include managing lab tests, inpatient care, sedation, dentistry, radiography, and lab equipment, as well as mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards.

• Essential qualifications: RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with 5+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Preferred skills include orthopaedic, chemotherapy, endoscopy nursing, and clinical coaching (training provided).
• Key qualities: compassionate, collaborative, proactive problem solver, excellent communicator, flexible, and positive attitude.

• Hours are mainly daytime, with occasional out-of-hours duties.
