Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) – Willowbeck care home, Sheffield.

Contract:

Days or Nights. Rate:
Up to £21.40 per hour.

• Assess, plan, and provide person-centred nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Promote health and wellbeing, encouraging choice, dignity, independence, and respect.
• Act as Nurse in Charge of a small unit while on shift.
• Manage situations when residents display behaviours of concern.
• Coach, teach, and support colleagues, demonstrating calmness and conflict resolution skills.
• Advocate best practice in nursing and maintain compliance with the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
• Demonstrate a range of clinical skills and knowledge of assessment, admission, and discharge processes.

• Registered Nurse with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
• Experience in adult mental health, learning disability, or equivalent nursing settings is desirable.
• Knowledge of standard nursing protocols and the ability to work within multi‑disciplinary teams.
