Jessop Wing Neonatal Unit is seeking an experienced Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate our busy Level 3 neonatal unit. You will act as Room Leader and SCBU Coordinator, ensuring safe patient flow and high standards of family-centred care.
You will supervise and mentor nursing, support and student staff, drive service improvement, and work with the multidisciplinary team to reduce inequalities and deliver evidence-based practice.
