Senior ADHD Nurse Practitioner - Non Medical Prescriber

Perform comprehensive assessments of clients/services users needs. Plan, implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs. This would include delivering ADHD specific assessments using a standardised and non standardised ADHD Diagnostic Assessment tools. Promote the involvement and engagement of clients/services users and carer relatives in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care. Work in line with SHPU Non-Medical Prescribing protocol.

To provide advice to clients/service users and carers about safe and effective use of medicines. Lead, co-ordinate, organise and prioritise your own work and the work of the team on a day-to-day basis. Lead and monitor the development of services, new ways of working and the implementation of change. Deputising for Clinical Leads as necessary and appropriate to role. To conduct a risk assessment and take appropriate action when reviewing clients/service users at clinics.
