Cygnet Health Care is seeking a professional Ward Manager for Cygnet Bury Forestwood to lead, inspire and oversee delivery of high‑quality care across CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure wards. This 40‑hour week runs Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm.
You will develop improvements, monitor clinical practice, promote patient rights and ensure confidentiality, while guiding non‑clinical staff and maintaining staff registrations and safety standards.
