GOV is recruiting a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Community Nursing Team. In this role you will visit patients in their homes, deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and work under the supervision of a Registered District Nurse.
You will contribute to assessments and care plans, promote health and wellbeing, and participate in service improvement. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required for this community-based post.
