Veterinary Surgeon – Shape a Growing Practice

4-day week | No OOH | Fear Free culture | Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE

We're proud to be working with a growing independent veterinary group seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their modern Sheffield practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident GP vet looking to join a people-first organisation where employee wellbeing, clinical standards and career development are genuinely prioritised. • 4-day week (40 hours)
• 08:30–19:00 with a Saturday rota
• No OOH
• 15-minute consultations
• Dedicated admin and case work-up time
• Protected surgery time
• Occasional sole charge

You'll be joining a supportive team including an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, 2 RVNs and 2 Client Care Coordinators.
