Assure Bio is recruiting a Site Head / Head of Operations for a UK pharmaceutical manufacturing site, operating within MHRA and FDA regulated environment as part of a large international pharmaceutical organisation.
You will have full site accountability for 100+ staff, lead Production, Engineering & Maintenance, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and drive regulatory readiness, digital systems implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
