About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our products. Your attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
You will carry out inspections of parts both manual and using CMM to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of all parts to comply with company and customer drawing specifications.
- Perform CMM inspections and manual first‑off inspections of all components.
- Inspect goods and inward products for adherence to specifications.
- Calibrate company equipment according to specified standards.
- Document and report results from dimensional inspections for FAIR and PPAP documentation.
- Generate Quality Control Notifications (QCN) for non‑conforming products with clear, precise information.
- Participate in the 8D problem‑solving process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and oversee trainee quality inspectors as requested by management.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and Deputy Quality Assurance Manager to meet quality requirements.
- Previous experience in quality or inspection roles, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
- Familiarity with CMM operation and programming.
- Experience with calibration processes.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and zero defects.
- Self‑motivated and driven to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
