Validation Manager

As part of a UK‑wide facility and headcount expansion, we are delighted to partner with one of our longest‑standing clients to support the hire of a brand new position of a Validation Manager, who will sit as part of the QA team.

At its core, this role is a Validation Manager but with a QA focus. The current business set up has validation expertise within the operations team, but given the expansion of the business, they now need this function within their quality team.

This position will be responsible for a new projects team that is being formed that will include three direct reports.

Validation activities will cover a full spectrum across new facilities, site expansions/modifications, and new product introductions. Therefore, this role will require a versatile approach and strong capability in working across a range of projects at any one time.
