Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business that supplies complex, safety-critical components into a range of demanding industries. Due to continued growth, they're looking to strengthen their Quality team with an experienced Quality Engineer who can make a real impact.

Working alongside Production, Engineering and Technical teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet customer expectations and quality standards from start to finish. You'll investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions and help improve processes across the business.

• Investigating internal and customer quality issues using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone Analysis.
• Leading root cause investigations and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring quality performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supporting and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Carrying out internal audits and supporting customer and third-party audits.
• Reviewing customer specifications and ensuring compliance throughout manufacture.
• Producing quality documentation including NCRs, inspection reports and quality metrics.
