We're working with a forward‑thinking housing association who are growing their development team and they're looking for a proactive Housing Development Officer to help drive new schemes from concept through to completion.

In this role, you'll support the identification, appraisal and delivery of new housing projects, working closely with partners, contractors, and internal teams to bring much‑needed homes to life.
