Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager
. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sheffield
. The salary is between £26,000 and £28,000.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.
What you'll be doing:- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.
- Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes
- Experience in Property Management or Lettings
- Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
- Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated, team-focused approach
