Methods is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our growing UX research team on a permanent basis. You will champion user needs, conduct ethical research for public sector projects, and collaborate with product, design and policy stakeholders to shape services.
You will mentor other researchers, influence service design through research evidence, and help establish best practices and standards across the Digital Delivery portfolio.
