The University of Sheffield invites applications for a part-time Research Fellow to lead legal research within the National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC). You will investigate regulatory pathways for alternative proteins, collaborating with scientists, engineers and industrial partners to translate science into real-world impact.
You will deliver training on food law and international regulatory frameworks, contributing to capacity-building and informing policy and industry.
