BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Sous Chef in the United Kingdom to produce high-quality food within time and budget targets. You will act as Head Chef when needed and explore new menu ideas while driving standards and customer satisfaction.
You’ll bring C&G 706 1 & 2 or NVQ, level 2 Food Safety/Health & Safety, and COSHH/HACCP knowledge, plus 2 years’ supervisory experience to help lead a busy kitchen. A strong team player is essential.
