Premier Inn Merthyr Tydfil, part of Whitbread PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen and lead the team. You’ll manage rotas, place food orders, oversee service, and ensure audit-ready standards in a hands-on leadership role.
With strong focus on food quality and hygiene, you’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own kitchen operations and develop skills toward a Head Chef position within Whitbread.
