Tesco Colleague - Sheffield Beighton Express

Earn a competitive hourly rate starting at £12.45 an hour (increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25). We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work as few as 12 hours if desired.

Shift availability windows: 06:45 – 12:45 on Sun, Mon, Fri and Sat. We provide shift schedules with at least three‑week notice.

• Deliver natural, passionate service to all customers and build positive rapport.
• Operate across the store, supporting picking, replenishment and service areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and provide excellent customer experiences.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and deliver store routines at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrinkage, and achieve profit targets.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure safe delivery to customers.

• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
