Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)

Salary: Excellent rate of pay

Reporting to: Customer Services Manager

• Assisting the Customer Services Manager
• Supervising stores area and staff
• Supervising functionality of stores and goods-in/despatch.

• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Assisting in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
• Assisting in organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Handle confidential information with due care and maintain confidentiality
• Company stock and stock take
