Overview
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the team at our Meadowhall Store on a full-time (30 hour) basis in Sheffield. As a key support to the management team, you will oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. You will be an engaging communicator, with a flair for leadership, coaching and training.
As a strong brand ambassador, you will model delivering the principles of our customer service program, provide detailed product knowledge to our customers and ensure our sales consultants have the tools to do the same. Using a personalized selling approach, you will guide the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorical customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
- Oversee the running of the sales floor and support the management team in driving store sales and KPIs.
- Act as a strong brand ambassador, model customer service principles, and provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Coach and train sales consultants to ensure consistent delivery of the customer service program.
- Lead the customer journey from start to finish and deliver sensorical experiences through signature services.
- Assist the team with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with supervisory experience. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve store and personal KPIs, and a high standard of personal grooming. You will have a passion for luxury, champion our brand values, and have flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
