Foodhall Supervisor, Houghton Hall Garden Centre

Overview

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Foodhall Supervisor to join the team in our Houghton Hall Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 42.5 per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must. The Supervisor rate of pay is £12.70 per hour.

• Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across retail shopfloor and counters.
• Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Foodhall.
• Coaching and developing your team in all aspect of their role.
• Meeting all Food Safety and Hygiene requirements.
• Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
• Till operation and serving customers.
• Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
