Competitive hourly pay of £13.25 per hour, with a bonus scheme for excellent performance. The role requires 8 hours per week on a permanent basis, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday.

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service by achieving and exceeding sales KPIs using the customer experience model "Every Moment Matters".
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, providing personalised service and encouraging repeat visits.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and curating stunning jewellery selections.
• Focus on conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction to exceed sales goals.
• Support store operations: assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
