Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant in Sheffield Holbrook. 30 hours per week. Local candidates with an easy commute are required. Store hours are 7 AM–8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

This role includes supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. Retail experience is not essential, but experience as a keyholder or supervising team members is preferred.

• Greet customers, help them find what they need, and provide outstanding service.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
