Café - Sales Assistant

As a Barista at District Market Coffee, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

District Market Coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go. • Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
• Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
• Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.

• A passion for providing a great customer experience in your stores by Crafting Great coffee with your passion and energy for that Perfect Blend
• Good communication skills and Listening skills to understand then customers needs
• Great organisation skills plus strong attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and helping to deliver the daily activities
