• Immerse customers in the Hotel Chocolat brand and showcase seasonal products, including gift options such as the Velvetiser.
• Help customers identify their needs by asking questions and checking for allergens to find the right Christmas gift.
• Support the store team with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain a high standard in store and café areas to WOW customers.
• In the café area, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to guidelines while keeping the area clean.
• Contribute to the success of the store and team through reliable, proactive support.
