As a Stock Operations Specialist at Zara, you will ensure smooth stockroom management, accurate inventory, and timely product availability on the shop floor. You will support the Stock Operations team, maintain high standards, and help the store deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working with processes and numbers, and is motivated to grow their career in retail operations.

• Manage day-to-day stockroom activities and ensure accurate inventory
• Support stockroom organization and product flow to the shop floor
• Assist with on-trend visual displays and store presentation
• Use stock and sales data to inform operational decisions
• Coach and support team members, sharing stock knowledge and best practices

• Have experience in retail stock, inventory, or logistics operations
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Are results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Are motivated to learn, develop, and grow within retail operations
