We have an amazing opportunity for an Area Manager who will contribute to the success and development of the Retail Division.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident, capable and compassionate leader who can support and develop our shop teams through a period of positive change.

We are particularly interested in individuals who bring:

• Proven experience in area or multi-site management
• A strong track record of leading teams through change in a supportive and engaging way

• The ability to drive profitability within a charity retail environment through effective leadership, coaching and team engagement

Above all, we are looking for someone who can inspire others, build strong relationships, and help our teams thrive while delivering meaningful impact for our charity.

On completion of a 12-week induction period, the successful individual will assume responsibility for 24 shops covering the South & West Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire areas.

This role will include significant travel and overnight stays and comes with a company car.

Annual Leave

Virtual GP Service

Phone consultations available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days and video consultations from 8am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
